some issues during the STAY
acceptable locationharsh spotlightsstreet traffic
the location was acceptable for exploring the surrounding area.
the room was QUITE small and dimly lit. the lights were all harsh spotlights, which i found unpleasant. street traffic was also very noisy.

the staff was helpful enough.
the room faced the street and it got noisy at night. i also found the lights too bright, they were not suitable. plus, it was too early in the season to turn on the air conditioning, even though it was warm.

I found the front desk staff efficient. They offered helpful responses from a useful script. The hotel's proximity to the Cathedral made it easy to explore. I also appreciated the robes and slippers provided.. as I was travelling light.
The shower was nice, but the water pressure could have been better.
